Information for Authors of Accepted Papers
Final Manuscript
All papers must be submitted as PDF files, which should not exceed 6 pages in double-column IEEE Transactions style (please do not include author photos and bios), by the deadline of April 4th. The final manuscript should address comments from the reviewers.
All papers must exactly fulfill the IEEE formatting requirements, according to the templates available at the IEEE Author Digital Toolbox.
The accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore. To comply with IEEE specifications, authors must check their PDF files or convert their sources to PDF through the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus on-line service.
Authors need to login to IEEE PDF eXpress Plus website with the following Conference ID: “32861XP” and follow the instructions provided on-screen to create a new title for each accepted paper.
Once the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file has been generated and approved for collection, authors must upload their camera-ready paper in EDAS system.
All papers to be included in the conference proceedings will be collected directly from the EDAS repository.

Copyright Form
Authors must complete the copyright form available here and upload to EDAS system. One copyright form per accepted paper must be completed.
No Show Policy
In order to be included in the ONDM 2014 Conference Proceedings and published on IEEE Xplore, each regular/invited paper should be presented by one of its authors. For regular papers it is also required that at least one of the authors is registered at the “Regular Participants”, “IEEE member”, or “Student” rate. For authors with multiple accepted regular papers, one registration is valid for up to 3 papers.

Instructions for Presenters
ONDM 2014 papers will be presented by means of either a lecture-style speech or an open poster discussion. Presenters should check the Technical Program to make sure whether they are scheduled for oral or poster presentation.
Oral Presentations
Each speaker is allocated the following slot size, including questions from the audience:
- 20 minutes for regular papers
- 30 minutes for invited papers
- 60 minutes for keynote speeches
The conference room will be equipped with a projector and a PC. Presenters are required to get in touch with the session chairs at least 10 minutes before their session starts. Allowed presentation formats include Microsoft Powerpoint and PDF.
Poster Presentations
Each presenter is required to bring his/her own poster and place it on the assigned board at least 10 minutes before the poster session starts. The maximum poster size is A0 portrait or A1 landscape. The assigned board will be marked with the poster number (Pxx). Pins and tape will be provided to attach the poster to the board. The presenting author is expected to stay close to the poster and discuss his/her work with the audience. Posters should be removed at the end of the session.
